It has often been said that drummers make great producers, and in the case of Jamey Tate, that statement could not be more true. To date, Jamey has lent his ear and direction to projects ranging from swinging big band albums, to intimate small group recordings, to pop records, to full orchestra projects. The list of artists Jamey has produced and recorded includes: Michael Buble’s trumpet soloist Justin Ray, Long Beach Symphony principal flute player Jenni Olson, American Idol’s Justin Guarini, Vocalist and Actor Lou Giovannetti, and Jazz Singer Alisha Ard.
